About Us

Since 2014, Versatile Industries V, LLC has provided portable sanitation and equipment rentals to the Permian Basin, with a North Texas division established in early 2020.

Sanitation services include portable restrooms, hand wash stations, combination trailers, and temporary septic service. The solid waste control fleet provides equipment and service for construction and demolition (C & D) waste, municipal trash, solid or poured concrete, scrap metal, and more. Versatile Industries is also experienced in handling recyclable materials such as plastic, cardboard, and wood products.

Our Story

Versatile Industries was founded in 2014 with three employees, a handful of restrooms, and a goal to fill a much-needed gap in customer service in the Permian Basin. Since then, the company has acquired over 700 pieces of equipment and serviced over 400 different customers. Between the Permian Basin and North Texas divisions, Versatile is experienced, equipped, and staffed to service a majority of Texas.
